His funeral services are scheduled for December 19 and 20, with visitation at Sullivan Funeral Home in Hinsdale and a mass at St. John of the Cross Catholic Church in Western Springs. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
