A survey of 1,000 parents of children aged 6-16 reveals that many parents wish they could cook with their children more often but are hindered by time constraints and concerns about mess. The study, commissioned by Ben's Original, found that 47% of parents feel
they lack time for cooking with their children, while 21% find the experience stressful. Despite these challenges, 39% of parents would cook more with their children if they had more time, and 26% desire easier, child-friendly recipes. The research highlights the potential benefits of cooking together, such as improved family mealtimes and increased children's confidence.
