Ocean View High School, part of the Huntington Beach Union High School District, celebrated the graduation of its Class of 2026 with a commencement ceremony held on campus. Known for its strong sense of community and pride, the school embodies the motto,
'You can’t spell love without OV.' The ceremony featured performances by the school band, including the national anthem and the alma mater. Five student speakers, including senior class president Darrin Hernandez and senior senate speakers Laney Bae and Carson Sulsona, addressed their classmates, sharing reflections on their high school journey. Principal Robert Rasmussen, concluding his fifth year at the school, praised the graduates and acknowledged the support of families, staff, and the community.
