Sanmar Shipyards has delivered the RAmparts 2400SX-MKII design tug UT PATZCUARO to Ultratug, marking the first tugboat built by Sanmar for the Americas operator. The delivery ceremony took place at Sanmar's Altinova Shipyard, attended by executives from both companies. The tug, designed by Robert Allan Ltd., features advanced performance, maneuverability, and environmentally responsible technology. It measures 24.4 meters in length and delivers a bollard pull of 75 tons. Equipped with IMO Tier III compliant engines and a Caterpillar SCR exhaust system, the tug meets high emission standards while ensuring operational efficiency.
