What's Happening?
The Northeast Delta Human Services Authority (NEDHSA) and Louisiana Delta Community College (LDCC) have formed a partnership to provide educational and workforce opportunities for women in the R.I.S.E. program. This initiative supports mothers recovering
from substance use disorders by offering access to education, vocational training, and workforce certifications. The collaboration aims to foster long-term independence and recovery, equipping participants with the skills needed to reintegrate into society.
