Munch, who has been with Naperville since May 2024, will succeed Michael Dzugan, who announced his retirement in September 2024 after serving as Wheaton's city manager since 2016. His career includes positions in DeKalb, Carol Stream, and Glen Ellyn, and he holds a master's degree in public administration from Northern Illinois University.
