Rockefeller Group has marked a significant milestone in the construction of a new 60-story mixed-use tower in Atlanta, known as 1072 West Peachtree. This building is set to be the tallest constructed in the city
in over 30 years. The topping out ceremony, which signifies the placement of the last steel beam, was held recently. The tower will encompass 224,000 square feet of office space, 357 residential units, and 6,300 square feet of retail space. Designed to achieve LEED Silver certification, the building emphasizes sustainability and modern urban living. It will offer an acre of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a resort-style athletic club, private spa treatment rooms, and sauna rooms. Additional features include an indoor Pilates studio, a private training studio, and a Pickleball court. The Sky Garden, Midtown Atlanta’s largest outdoor deck, will provide spaces for collaboration, relaxation, and events. The project is expected to be completed by spring 2026.
