What's Happening?
A house fire early Thursday morning on Equestrian Drive in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, caused extensive damage to a home. Firefighters from multiple agencies, including the Mount Pleasant and Charleston Fire Departments, responded to the scene. Battalion
Chief Ronnie Dubose reported that the flames ran up the side of the home, entered through the windows, and caused significant interior damage, particularly to the back of the house. The fire was reported around 4:20 a.m. and was extinguished within 30 minutes. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire remains unknown, and investigators are currently cutting away walls to ensure there is no chance of reignition.
