behavioral modification and coaching analytics, to install specialty cameras at nine large-scale construction sites. These cameras monitor workers' activities, flagging unsafe practices such as failing to use safety harnesses or working under suspended loads. The initiative, part of a $2 billion, three-year pilot program, resulted in a more than 70% reduction in workers' comp claims and a near elimination of racketeering charges.
