The construction of the facility began in 2023 and was completed in about a year, costing $28 million, with an additional $7 million invested in advanced manufacturing equipment. The new site replaces Timpte's previous location on West O Street, which the company had outgrown. The facility aims to serve as a central hub for supplying agricultural dealerships nationwide, ensuring products reach customers within 48 hours. Timpte, founded over 130 years ago and headquartered in David City, Nebraska, serves farmers across the Midwest, the United States, and Canada.
