German company Helsing and Norway's Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace are collaborating on a new space-based intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and targeting (ISR/T) constellation. This project will
involve a 'large two-digit number of satellites' to be deployed by 2029, aimed at enhancing the capabilities of German and European armed forces.
