Her most recent role was as chief people officer at WHSmith from April 2023 to July 2025. Prior to that, she served as chief people and services officer for the Co-op from 2017 to 2022. Webb's career also includes significant roles at Sainsbury’s, Marks and Spencer, and Aviva.
