The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) has announced a partnership with the Imo State government to enhance civil service professionalization and workforce reforms. During a visit to the Deputy Governor of Imo State, Lady Dr.
Chinyere Ihuoma Ekomaru, CIPM reaffirmed its commitment to advancing human capital development in the region. The Deputy Governor praised the Institute's efforts in driving professionalism and capacity building within Nigeria's workforce, highlighting the state's initiatives such as the SkillUp Imo program, which has benefited over 40,000 youths. CIPM's National Treasurer, Mrs. Ogochukwu Egbuonu, expressed appreciation for the state's commitment to people development and extended an invitation to Governor Hope Uzodimma to attend the upcoming CIPM International Conference.
