This initiative is part of the Barcelona-Catalonia Startup Ecosystem, launched in 2022, aiming to position Barcelona and Catalonia as leading startup hubs in Europe.
Why It's Important?
The international expansion of Catalonia's startup ecosystem is crucial for enhancing its global competitiveness and attracting investment. By participating in these high-profile events, Catalan startups can forge international partnerships, access new markets, and attract venture capital. This initiative not only strengthens the local economy but also enhances Barcelona's reputation as a tech and innovation hub.
