A team of students from the American International University–Bangladesh (AIUB) has been awarded the Best Paper Award at the 7th International Conference on Integrated Sciences (ICIS) 2025. The conference
took place on October 25-26, 2025, at Eastern University in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The award-winning paper, titled 'AI-Based Sustainable Agribusiness Models: Bridging Farmers and Global Markets,' was authored by Khadiza Tul Nur Aiman, Fariha Farhad, Mahmudur Rahman Mitul, Fahid Hasan, and Md. Mortuza Ahmmed. Their research introduces a framework that uses Artificial Intelligence to create sustainable agribusiness models, aiming to empower local farmers by connecting them to global markets through data-driven solutions. The conference was a hybrid event organized by the International Open University, The Gambia, and Eastern University, Bangladesh, focusing on the theme of integrating AI in various scientific and business paradigms.
