workers and individuals. He founded his own law firm and was actively involved in the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. Dwyer was also a co-founder of the St. Ignatius Law Society. A graduate of St. Ignatius College Prep, Loyola University Chicago, and DePaul University College of Law, Dwyer was deeply rooted in his community. He was a lifelong athlete and a devoted fan of the Loyola Ramblers. His family, including his wife Carol and their children and grandchildren, were central to his life.
