in political science and philosophy. Despite having no prior medical training, she felt compelled to support Ukraine following Russia's renewed attacks in 2022. Her commitment led her to become a combat medic in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where she has been actively involved in providing medical care at a military hospital and stabilization point. Ziuraitis's dedication to humanitarian service is being acknowledged at the Red Cross's 24th annual Heroes Breakfast in Chicago.
