Abu Dhabi Ports Group, through its subsidiary SAFEEN Drydocks, has acquired full ownership of Balenciaga Astilleros Shipyard in Spain for $13.1 million. This acquisition consolidates the group's operations in Spain and the Mediterranean, supporting its expansion
in the offshore wind sector. The shipyard, located in the Basque region, will be renamed Balenciaga Shipyard and adds nearly a century of shipbuilding experience and advanced infrastructure to AD Ports Group's portfolio.
