Australia has unveiled its 2026 National Defence Strategy (NDS) and Integrated Investment Program (IIP), which outlines a significant increase in defence spending aimed at modernizing the Australian Defence Force (ADF). The Australian Department of Defence announced
a commitment of AUD425 billion over the next decade to enhance military capabilities and strengthen national resilience. This investment includes an additional AUD14 billion over the next four years and AUD53 billion over the next decade.
