in Port Charlotte, Florida. He was a graduate of Hollywood High School and California State University at Northridge. Fapp was known for his career in public relations and his involvement in the Kiwanis Club. He is survived by his wife, Pamela Jean Fapp, and their children and grandchildren. Services will be held in Yorkville, Illinois, at a later date.
