The MQ-9B SkyGuardian, developed by General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc., has completed its first flight in Belgium. Delivered to Belgian Defence in August, the aircraft underwent extensive preparation, including Acceptance Test Procedures in California. The MQ-9B is designed for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions, offering high endurance and versatility. This milestone marks Belgium's entry into advanced ISR capabilities, joining the U.K. as one of the first European countries to operate the MQ-9B.
