The Senior Resource Center is hosting the Senior Lifestyle Expo on October 23 at the Freeport Eagles Club in Freeport. The event aims to connect older adults, caregivers, and families with resources to support
healthy and independent living. Over 50 organizations will provide information on topics such as Medicare, health insurance, financial planning, and home care. Attendees can also benefit from free health screenings and flu shots. The expo is free and open to the public, with no registration required.
