that was never delivered. Deveraux, who was the general manager of Idaho-based Professional Floor Systems, allegedly had the $40,000 payment sent to his personal bank account. He was arrested without incident after his parole officer informed Pocatello Police of his location. Deveraux is currently held at the Bannock County Detention Center with a $50,000 bond and a no-bond hold for Idaho state custody.
