Colvin provided CPR instructions over the phone, while Shaw arrived at the scene within 56 seconds to take over CPR, assisted by off-duty firefighter Gabriel Ash. After several rounds of CPR and oxygen administration, the infant began breathing independently and was stabilized by Bolivar Fire Department personnel before being transported to Aultman Hospital.
