The Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Kavinder Gupta, presided over the first-ever Passing Out Parade of Ladakh Police at the Police Training Centre, Stong-Sar. This event marked a significant milestone for
the newly formed police force in India's youngest Union Territory. The Lt Governor highlighted the challenges faced by Ladakh Police since its formation, including modernizing infrastructure and building a self-sufficient training ecosystem.
