Women for Women International (WfWI) is actively seeking a Chief Programs & Partnerships Officer (CPPO) to join its Executive Leadership Team. This role is pivotal in shaping the organization's global program strategy, enhancing institutional partnerships,
and ensuring program quality. The CPPO will oversee global business development initiatives and guide evidence-based decision-making. The position is open to professionals with the legal right to work in countries such as the United States, Ghana, Kenya, and others. WfWI, a nonprofit organization, has been empowering women survivors of war and conflict since 1993, impacting over 550,000 women across 17 countries. The CPPO will play a crucial role in maintaining the mission-driven, evidence-based, and financially sustainable nature of WfWI's programs.
