Smart-Waves Technologies Private Limited, an electronics manufacturing company in Hyderabad, India, has successfully expanded its operations with the support of the Venture Capital Fund for Scheduled Castes (VCF-SC). Founded by Mr. Mallikharjuna Rao Yelisela,
the company has established an advanced Electronics Manufacturing Services unit, focusing on sectors such as defense, aerospace, and consumer electronics. The VCF-SC provided financial assistance of ₹4.98 crore, enabling the company to procure specialized equipment, enhance R&D capabilities, and expand its workforce. The company now employs 128 people, including a significant number of Scheduled Caste employees, and has built strong business linkages with major organizations like HAL and ISRO.
