Poland's Border Guard has discovered a tunnel used by over 180 migrants to cross from Belarus into Poland. The tunnel, hidden in a forest, was found on Thursday, with around 130 migrants detained and others
still at large. The tunnel, supported by wooden posts and metal rods, was approximately 1.5 meters high, requiring individuals to crouch to pass through. This marks the fourth tunnel discovered this year in the Podlaskie region, highlighting the ongoing migrant crisis at the Poland-Belarus border. Poland has accused Belarus and its ally Russia of attempting to destabilize the country by encouraging migrants, primarily from the Middle East and Africa, to cross the border. Belarus and Russia have denied these allegations. The Polish authorities have also arrested a 69-year-old Pole and a 49-year-old Lithuanian who were allegedly involved in picking up the migrants.
