Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated (HICV) has announced the appointment of Jim Mikolaichik as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective December 1, 2025. Mikolaichik will succeed John Staten, who will step down but remain in an advisory role until
March 31, 2026, to ensure a smooth transition. Mikolaichik brings over 30 years of experience in business and executive leadership, particularly in the hospitality and consumer-facing industries. His previous roles include Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Diamond Resorts and Chief Financial Officer at Hilton Grand Vacations. His leadership at Diamond Resorts was instrumental in its expansion and eventual sale to Hilton Grand Vacations in 2021. Additionally, Mike Flaskey, a former CEO of Diamond Resorts, will join the HICV Board, bringing expertise in experiential travel and strategic partnerships.
