What's Happening?
Inch Cape has acquired two new-build crew transfer vessels (CTVs) from Mainprize Offshore Ltd to support its offshore wind farm operations. The vessels, MO12 and MO14, will operate from the Port of Montrose, facilitating the transport of engineers and technicians
to the wind farm site. Each vessel can carry up to 24 passengers and is equipped with a bollard push of 21 tonnes, allowing safe personnel transfer in significant wave heights. The vessels feature multi-fuel capability and an optimized catamaran hull design to improve performance and reduce emissions.
