On December 15, 2025, the New Jersey 4-H Agriculture Ambassadors, winners of the Lead to Change Project grant, participated in the NASDAQ opening bell-ringing ceremony in New York City. This event marked the celebration of a 15-year partnership between
Tractor Supply Company and 4-H, emphasizing their commitment to youth development in agriculture. The ceremony highlighted the success of initiatives like the Paper Clover Campaign, which has raised over $25 million to support 4-H programs nationwide. The Ambassadors, along with peers from other states, engaged with industry leaders and learned about the stock market and financial literacy. The New Jersey 4-H Agriculture Ambassadors Program, established in 2024, aims to empower youth to increase agricultural awareness and explore career pathways in agriculture.
