A 17-year-old boy was fatally shot in a drive-by incident in the South Lawndale neighborhood of Chicago late Tuesday. The incident occurred around 11:10 p.m. in the 2600 block of South Hamlin Avenue. The teenager was reportedly standing outside and talking

The victim sustained gunshot wounds to the head and chest and was transported to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 11:54 p.m. Chicago police, who initially reported the victim's age as 16, have not yet made any arrests.
