Polish small-arms manufacturer Fabryka Broni has announced that the first batch of Grot A3 assault rifles is set for delivery to the Polish Army in June 2026. This follows the successful completion of type
trials for the standard Grot A3 rifles. The announcement was made during the Polish Army individual equipment conference, where it was also revealed that a 10.5-inch short-barrelled variant will undergo testing in early 2026. Additionally, there is an intention to purchase Grot carbines in a bullpup configuration, pending further testing. The 6th Airborne Brigade has been a strong advocate for this configuration.
