Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced plans to open the first Andaz-branded hotel in Hong Kong, scheduled for completion in 2027. The hotel, named Andaz Hong Kong Central, will be part of the Central Crossing
development located at 118 Wellington Street in Central, Hong Kong. Hyatt has entered into a management agreement with Wing Tai Properties Limited and CSI Properties Limited for this project. The hotel will feature 125 guestrooms and suites, a Living Room area for social interaction, an all-day restaurant, a fitness center, and wellness offerings. Central Crossing is a mixed-use development that will also include commercial office spaces and green areas, aiming to integrate heritage architecture with modern design. The location is strategically placed in Hong Kong's Central district, known for its business and financial activities, and is close to cultural sites such as Tai Kwun, PMQ, and Central Market.
