Dronamics, a Bulgarian company, has unveiled a mock-up of its Black Swan unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) equipped with advanced Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition, and Reconnaissance (ISTAR) systems from Hensoldt. The Black Swan, primarily developed
for civilian cargo transport, was showcased at the HEMUS 2026 exhibition in Bulgaria. The UAV features a wingspan of 16 meters and a range of 2,500 kilometers, with a payload capacity of 350 kilograms. The integration of Hensoldt's PrecISR 1400 radar and ARGOS 15 EO/IR turret aims to enhance the UAV's surveillance capabilities, positioning it as a potential small-sized Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) platform.
