Fletcher, who will be based in Seattle, brings over 30 years of experience, having previously served as president and CEO of Berkley E&S Solutions. Thomas, with a strong background in underwriting, joins from Admiral Insurance, where he was national vice president of professional liability underwriting strategy and analytics.
