The position requires over ten years of experience in business software implementation consulting or support, with at least five years focused on managing or delivering SAP engineering and maintenance-related services. Candidates must possess expert-level, customer-facing communication skills, particularly with executive audiences, and proven experience in migrating on-premise software to the cloud across IAAS, PAAS, and SAAS solutions. The role also demands deep knowledge of the SAP Maintenance Portfolio, including SAP Enterprise Support, SAP Standard Support, SAP Product Support for Large Enterprises, SAP MaxAttention, and SAP ActiveEmbedded. The successful applicant will be a member of the NS2 Service and Support Maxsecure Delivery team and will be directly involved in the delivery of MaxSecure contract components, collaborating with various SAP and NS2 internal teams, as well as customers. A significant aspect of the role involves managing complex customer relationships and premium engagement(s) for federal, Department of Defense, state, local, education, and healthcare public and/or private sector customers under MaxSecure or associated contracts. The individual must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance and be prepared for up to 80% travel.
