Outbound Hotels has announced the development of two new properties, Outbound Yosemite and Outbound Sedona, set to open in 2026. The Yosemite location will feature 104 cabins and 14 lodge-style rooms on a 17-acre site near the South Gate of Yosemite National Park. The Sedona property will include 138 rooms with modern Pueblo-inspired architecture. Both developments will offer amenities such as pools, spas, and event spaces. This expansion is part of a strategic partnership with CoralTree Hospitality, which will manage the new and existing properties.
Why It's Important?
The expansion of Outbound Hotels into popular tourist destinations like Yosemite and Sedona highlights the growing demand for unique and immersive travel experiences. By incorporating local architectural styles and natural elements, these properties aim to attract travelers seeking authentic and memorable stays. The partnership with CoralTree Hospitality provides operational expertise, which could enhance the guest experience and support the brand's growth. This development may also contribute to the local economies by creating jobs and attracting more visitors to these areas.
What's Next?
Bookings for the new Outbound properties will begin on November 3, 2025. As the opening dates approach, marketing efforts will likely increase to attract potential guests. The success of these new locations could influence future expansion plans for Outbound Hotels, potentially leading to more properties in other iconic destinations. The collaboration with CoralTree Hospitality may also pave the way for further strategic partnerships in the hospitality industry.
