The company is pioneering a factory that designs, manufactures, supplies, and erects prefabricated and modular buildings. This initiative is expected to create 40 jobs for Inuit, including roles such as general laborers and carpenters. The factory, still under construction, is also intended to serve as a training facility, allowing Inuit apprentices to gain necessary apprenticeship hours.
