Hilton has announced the expansion of its Tapestry Collection brand into Sub-Saharan Africa, marking the brand's debut in the region. The agreements include three new properties: The Sterling Hotel in South Africa, Ava Hotel Nairobi in Kenya, and Zaria
Court Kigali in Rwanda. This move is part of Hilton's broader strategy to increase its presence in Africa, with plans to open over 100 new hotels across the continent in the coming years. The Sterling Hotel in South Africa will feature 111 guest rooms and various amenities, while Ava Hotel Nairobi in Kenya will offer 91 guest rooms and convenient access to Nairobi's Central Business District. Zaria Court Kigali in Rwanda will be Hilton's first property in the country, featuring 80 guest rooms and proximity to major venues.
