to offer a vibrant and relaxed atmosphere, with amenities such as a bar, karaoke room, spa, and teen room. The project is developed in partnership with Vista, Financière Galata, and Cogeco, focusing on sustainable construction practices and targeting a BREEAM 'Very Good' certification.
