The Queensland government has expanded its digital licence app to include additional types of accreditation, now benefiting approximately 21,500 individuals. The latest additions to the app are 15,000
traffic controllers and over 6,500 dangerous goods drivers. This expansion builds on the previous integration of Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) licences, which covered nine licence types and 105,000 tradies. The app now supports 19 digital credentials and has been adopted by more than 1.3 million Queenslanders.
