KNDS Deutschland and Elbit Systems have announced the formation of a 50:50 joint venture named EuroPULS, headquartered in Kassel. This collaboration aims to market the Precise and Universal Launching System (PULS) to address the multiple rocket launcher
requirements of European armed forces. KNDS Deutschland has self-funded the EuroPULS Multi-domain Artillery Rocket System (MARS) 3, which is mounted on an Iveco Trakker 8x8 vehicle. The MARS 3 system features two pods with 180° coverage and can utilize a mix of European legacy and PULS rockets, while being adaptable for future munitions. Elbit Systems contributes its battle-proven rocket launcher system PULS, while KNDS provides advanced fire control technology and a broad European customer base. The system is designed to offer faster access to quality data for pre-empting threats and protecting national security.
