What's Happening?
Sutter Health has completed the first phase of its adaptive-reuse project in Santa Clara, California, transforming former office buildings into a comprehensive medical facility. The new Sutter Health Santa Clara East Campus is part of a larger development
that includes six buildings and spans 1 million square feet. Designed by HGA, the East Campus offers primary care, specialty services, an ambulatory surgery center, imaging, a regional lab, and urgent care. The project aims to provide state-of-the-art medical services while utilizing existing structures, with the West Campus scheduled to open in 2027.
