What's Happening?
The European Commission has opened applications for the 2026-2027 Overseas Countries and Territories (OCT) Youth Network. This initiative offers a one-year leadership and learning opportunity for young people from the 13 Overseas Countries and Territories associated
with the EU. The program aims to strengthen the partnership between the EU and these territories by equipping young leaders with knowledge about European institutions, policymaking, and sustainable development. Participants will engage in study visits, leadership dialogues, networking events, and online learning sessions, contributing fresh ideas to the OCT-EU Partnership.

The OCT Youth Network is crucial for fostering international cooperation and youth engagement in global development. By connecting young leaders from diverse backgrounds, the program promotes intercultural understanding and dialogue between youth and political decision-makers.
