Jessica Finn, the head of Cognizant's health, life sciences, and education sector, has been selected as a Young Global Leader for 2026 by the World Economic Forum. Finn, based in Melbourne, is the only Australian representative among the 118 leaders chosen
for this year's class. The Young Global Leaders program aims to bring together emerging leaders from various sectors to address global challenges. Finn joined Cognizant in late 2023 after nearly a decade at PwC, where she worked her way up to become a director of digital transformation. As part of the program, Finn will engage with leaders from 55 countries and join a community of over 1,400 alumni, including Cognizant CEO Ravi Kumar S.
