The Government of Japan has announced the opening of applications for the Japan's Friendship Ties Program 'MIRAI' 2026, specifically targeting university students and young professionals from Georgia. This initiative, themed 'AI Startup', is scheduled
to take place in Japan from December 1 to December 7, 2026. Eligible participants must be between 20 and 30 years old and can be undergraduate or graduate students, or young professionals. The program aims to enhance participants' understanding of Japan, foster intellectual exchange, and build international networks. The deadline for application submission is August 31, 2026. The program is organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan and implemented through the Japan International Cooperation Center.
