What's Happening?
The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in Telangana conducted raids on Sundari Kiran Kumar, the assistant director of agriculture in Nagarkurnool district, in connection with a disproportionate assets case. The raids, supervised by Mahbubnagar ACB DSP Balakrishna,
took place at multiple locations including Kumar's residence in Ponugodu village and Avani Rice Mill in Chillpalli. The ACB registered a suo motu case against Kumar for possessing assets beyond his known sources of income. Searches were conducted at seven locations linked to Kumar and his relatives, including his office and various residences. Documents were seized during the operation, and Kumar was taken for inquiry.
