Construction has commenced on a new 264-unit affordable housing project near St. Petersburg's Warehouse Arts District. The development, described as a 'unicorn' due to its unique blend of workforce and affordable housing, is situated on a 6.9-acre site.
It will feature two five-story buildings and one six-story building, along with a clubhouse. The project is being managed by KAST Construction and is expected to be completed by 2028.
