Cairo International Airport emerged as the continent's leading aviation hub, featuring prominently in domestic, intra-African, and international route rankings. South Africa and Nigeria continued to dominate the domestic aviation market, while Johannesburg's OR Tambo International Airport led intra-African connectivity. The report also noted balanced passenger demand across the network, with minimal directional imbalances.
